With multiple waterfront venues, award-winning dining, gaming, sailing programs and live entertainment, we’re proud to be a cornerstone of the Yeppoon community and a favorite for locals and visitors alike.

We’re looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to help steer our bistro and kitchen operations and help us deliver the exceptional KBSC experience every day.

What You’ll Do

Lead the floor as the go-to person when the Venue Manager is off duty

Keep service humming across bar, bistro, gaming and kitchen

Coach and mentor staff with on-the-job training

Maintain top-notch compliance with liquor, gaming and WHS regulations

Drive seamless communication between front-of-house and kitchen

Ensure the venue is spotless, safe and welcoming for members and guests

What You’ll Bring

7+ years’ hospitality experience with proven leadership chops

RSA & RSG certificates (Food Safety Supervisor and First Aid desirable)

Solid knowledge of gaming, keno and liquor licensing

Sharp financial awareness and strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

A professional, upbeat approach and the reliability to match
