About You

• Minimum 2 years management experience in a premium or high-end à la carte restaurant environment
• A hands-on leader with a team first approach
• Deep understanding of high-level service standards and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong financial and operational acumen, including rostering and cost management
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
