The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service every day.
Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving service standards, supporting daily operations, and fostering a culture of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily service and ensure an exceptional guest experience every time

Lead, coach, and motivate the front-of-house team to achieve operational excellence

Manage floor plans, reservations, and team rosters efficiently

Support financial goals through cost control, inventory management, and reporting

Drive staff engagement through training, mentoring, and performance feedback

Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS, and Crown Sydney operational standards

Collaborate with management on marketing and guest engagement initiatives

About You

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a leadership role within a premium or fine-dining venue

Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, positive attitude

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing busy service periods

Sound understanding of POS and restaurant management systems

Current NSW RSA and solid knowledge of food safety standards

A natural host who takes pride in creating memorable guest moments
