Warranty claims aren’t glamorous. But at ALT, they matter — because when things go wrong, they can land on the MD’s desk. And nobody wants that.
That’s why we’re looking for a Warranty Claims Coordinator: the person who keeps the warranty process ticking, the records sharp, the customers reassured, and the MD free from chasing loose ends. You won’t be making the final calls — but you’ll make sure the right info, the right people, and the right fixes line up.
What You’ll Do
🛠 Keep it moving: Log, track, and coordinate warranty claims from start to resolution.
💬 Be the calm voice: Handle customer and dealer updates with confidence and empathy.
🤝 Connect the dots: Liaise with suppliers, contractors, service teams, and the MD to keep claims on track.
📊 Own the admin: Upload records, chase missing paperwork, schedule service jobs, and keep the dashboard clean.
🚀 Flag and fix: Spot issues early, escalate to QA/Manufacturing/MD when needed, and suggest process improvements.
What You Bring
Some solid runs on the board (2+ years) in warranty, claims, or customer service — you know how to keep calm when it gets messy.
Confidence with Australian Consumer Law (or quick to pick it up).
CRMs, databases, or spreadsheets don’t faze you.
Detail sharpness + cool head = your trademark combo.
Bonus: Cert III/IV in Business Admin or Customer Service — nice to have, not essential.

The Fine Print
Permanent full-time salaried role under the NES.
Salary is exclusive of super and covers reasonable extra hours (Fair Work Act 2009).
