Responsibilities:

• Be Part of their Sydney Team of Gold Coast Team.
• Provide a point of contact for customers, answering incoming calls and enquires.
• Provide clients with general superannuation and investment knowledge/Support.
• Engage with other teams across the business.
• Client account maintenance and updates.
• Facilitate, support and process transactions.
• Utilise effective problem solving and time management skills.
• Reports and documentation

Experience Required:

• Excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Must have 12 Months experience in a customer service role within Banking or insurance.
• Those who have general Knowledge base of superannuation, Investments or Wealth (from work experience in a financial services organisation) will stand out.
• Enjoy building relationships with customers and clients.
