Role Overview
As the first point of contact, you will handle a wide range of customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You'll work closely with internal teams across logistics, operations, and supply chain to ensure fast, accurate, and professional resolutions.
You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, while helping to improve internal service processes and maintaining accurate customer records.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information
- Liaise with logistics and operations teams to resolve fulfilment or stock issues
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Share customer feedback to help improve service and processes
- Escalate complex issues when needed, ensuring timely resolution
Candidate Profile
We're seeking a confident, capable customer service professional with a customer-first mindset and experience in a high-volume call centre environment.
You will ideally have:
- 2-3 years' experience in customer service or call centres
- Background in FMCG, E-commerce, or other fast-paced industries
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Excellent multitasking and organisational skills
- Familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce)
- A collaborative, proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work across a rotating Monday-Sunday roster
