We are seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join an established Gold Coast precision manufacturing workshop supporting heavy industry applications. This is an opportunity to work in a modern, well-maintained facility where programming is done at the machine, quality craftsmanship is valued, and you'll have genuine pathways for growth as the business expands.

What you'll be doing

• Programming and operating CNC lathes and multi-axis machines using conversational controls
• Running short-batch and one-off production jobs including turning, boring, and threading
• Interpreting technical drawings and self-inspecting to close tolerances
• Working primarily with steel and stainless steel components

About You

• Experienced CNC machinist with both programming and operating capability
• Confident with threading, precision measurement, and tight tolerance work
• Background across jobbing shops highly regarded
• Mazak Integrex and Mazatrol programming experience highly regarded
• Okuma or Fanuc experience valued
• Trade-qualified or equivalent hands-on experience (5+ years ideal)
