Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum + super (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive high-end class 1 residential construction projects. This role involves end-to-end management, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence while working closely with clients, designers, and contractors. You’ll be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that each project is delivered to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of high-end residential construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee the quality of work and adherence to plans.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in class 1 high-end residential construction is essential.
• Ideally have experience with projects in the $2 million to $20 million range.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate large project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
