THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their collaborative head office team. This is a critical role, offering the chance to manage high-profile projects from inception through to completion, while working alongside a highly capable leadership group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead projects through all stages of the lifecycle — planning, approvals, design, procurement, construction, and handover

Coordinate consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

Monitor budgets, schedules, and reporting, proactively addressing risks and issues

Drive procurement and subcontractor engagement to ensure value for money and timely outcomes

Champion compliance with building codes, WHS requirements, and company policies

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing growth of the business

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within property development and/or construction

Proven track record delivering complex residential or mixed-use developments

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Commercial acumen with excellent problem-solving ability

Relevant tertiary qualifications (Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or similar)

Solid understanding of Australian building codes, regulations, and safety standards
