About the Role
Open Sky Disability Services is seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to join our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team in Mandurah, WA. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred support to a high-care client in a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home environment.

2:00 PM – next day 7:15 AM (includes inactive sleepover from 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, paid break onsite)

Apart from above

7:00 AM – 2:15 PM

9 AM - 11 AM or 9 AM - 4 PM or 11 AM - 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily living assistance and personal care

Safely operate full hoist and Sara Steady equipment

Support high-care clients with dignity and respect

Monitor and record BSL checks (Blood Sugar Levels)

Administer medication in accordance with competency training

Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation

Support clients with community participation and household tasks

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in SIL/SDA environments and high-care or low-care support

Full Hoist and Sara Steady operation experience

Medication Competency Certificate

Manual Handling Certificate

Experience performing BSL checks

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport
