We're currently expanding and have multiple positions available for experienced Male and Female Disability Support Workers across the northern suburbs of Perth.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with a range of needs, including intellectual disabilities and autism. You'll play a vital role in helping clients build independence, confidence, and connection through everyday support.

Your duties will include:

Providing personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Manual handling and hoist transfers

Supporting individuals with intellectual and autism spectrum disabilities

Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and community participation

Implementing behaviour support strategies

Promoting independence, dignity, and choice

Accurate and timely documentation and reporting

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous Disability Support Work experience (essential)

Experience with personal care and hoist transfers

Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and autism

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check (WWCC)

First Aid & CPR Certificate

Manual Handling training (desirable)

Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A compassionate, honest, and reliable nature

Australian work rights or valid work visa essential
