We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a leading NDIS disability support provider who delivers high-quality, person-centred care across the Perth metropolitan area. Their mission is to empower participants to live more independent, meaningful lives — both at home and in the community.

About the role

We are seeking Disability Support Workers for casual positions with the opportunity to transition into permanent roles.

Mobile role across Perth metro (home care + community support)

Assist NDIS participants with daily living, personal care, and lifestyle goals

Support independence, social inclusion, and community access

Work as part of a supportive team and report to the Team Coordinator

What we need from you

Certificate III in Disability Services (mandatory requirement)

Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker, Community Support Worker, or Aged Care Worker

Current driver’s licence + reliable, roadworthy vehicle

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Current First Aid & CPR certifications

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (including evenings/weekends)

Knowledge and experience in PEG feeding will be an advantage
