We are one of South Australia’s leading providers of restoration and repairs to homes and businesses, and our now seeking a full-time Claims Assistant to join our team and support our Supervision/Works Coordinator Team.

The Claims Assistant role involves assisting in the coordination of emergency mitigation works and restoration repairs to buildings damaged by insurance events such as fire and flood, working closely with our repair team to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Daily tasks will involve computer data entry and administration duties, sending work orders, following up contractor bookings, updating job management software and maintaining customer portals.

You will provide direct support to our office team and on site team whilst liaising with property owners, insurance claims consultants, loss adjusters and estimators via phone and email.

Experience in the restoration and/or insurance repair industry will be highly regarded, along with the following:

Experience with Prime Ecosystem job management software

Good time management and organisational skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Work efficiently both independently and within a team

Positive and personable

Ability to problem-solve

Proactive and results-driven

Strong verbal and written skills

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based from our head office in Melrose Park.
