About the Role
360 Personnel is seeking Restoration Technicians to join our client’s growing team. This hands-on role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in helping people recover from fire, water, or mould damage.

You’ll assess damage, carry out restoration work, and ensure all tasks meet company and insurer standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and report on fire, water, or mould damage at residential and commercial sites

Perform emergency make-safe work including water extraction, containment, and safety measures

Complete cleaning, deodorising, sanitising, and mould remediation tasks

Set up, monitor, and collect restoration equipment (dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, etc.)

Accurately record job and claim details in the CRM system

Meet insurer KPIs and internal quality standards

Participate in an after-hours on-call roster

Travel locally or interstate as required

What We’re Looking For

Physically fit and able to work in varied conditions (indoors/outdoors, confined spaces)

Strong attention to detail and safety focus

Clear communication and teamwork skills

Driver’s Licence – essential

White Card – preferred (or willing to obtain)

Experience in cleaning, restoration, trades, or labouring – highly regarded

Desirable (training available):

IICRC Certification

First Aid Certificate

Test & Tag ticket
