As the Accounting Manager of a boutique accounting practice, you will to lead a dedicated team of accountants and manage a portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to work closely with clients on their tax and accounting needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of graduate and undergraduate accountants
• Manage your own portfolio of clients, providing tax and accounting advice
• Oversee compliance and reporting requirements
• Ensure high-quality client service and deliverables
• Contribute to process improvements and practice growth

Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in an Accounting practice with CA or CPA qualification
• Experience with APS preferred but not essential
• XERO, MYOB and CAS360 knowledge is a plus
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
