Reporting into the Finance Manager of this listed Commercial Real Estate group, this is a highly commercial role, with an established, market-leading Australian firm.

This critical role bridges the gap between head office and the Firm's assets, in providing high quality accounting support and analytical input to the Asset Managers.

Your remit will include P&L review, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting and provision of commercial decision support to operational stakeholders.

Also, you'll be required to deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis when required, as well as be heavily involved in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

You are a CA/CPA qualified Accountant, with experience from within the commercial real estate sector - ideally in property accounting, but possibly from funds, corporate etc.

You'll have an engaging, outgoing personality, an articulate, professional communication style, strong analytical capabilities and excellent Excel skills.
