Job Purpose
We’re on the lookout for a passionate, personable, and clinically competent Senior Psychologist to join our thriving private practice. In this senior role, you’ll not only deliver exceptional client care—you’ll also provide expert clinical guidance to colleagues, support the expansion of services, contribute to policy and strategic direction of clinical services, and play a key role in the ongoing growth and evolution of the practice.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Deliver high-quality psychological services across a diverse caseload including therapy, assessments, and group work
Apply a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs with strong clinical formulations and rationale for practice
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior team members.
Contribute to service development, policy refinement, and strategic planning in relation to clinical services
Collaborate with a supportive team and engage in peer and individual supervision; with opportunities to lead these session
Maintain ethical standards and contribute to a psychologically safe workplace
Manage your own timetable and caseload with flexibility and autonomy
Participate in ongoing professional development
Contribute to a culture of learning and excellence by providing training to staff

To Be Successful, You Must Have the Following
Full registration as a psychologist with AHPRA, with clinical endorsement, practicing for a min of 10 years
Medicare and SIRA registration or eligibility
Board approved supervisor status
Demonstrated clinical competence across a range of therapeutic modalities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A growth mindset—open to feedback, learning, and expanding your scope
Initiative, adaptability, intuition and a collaborative spirit
A genuine passion for private practice and client care
Interest in contributing to service development
