About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator with 4–7 years’ experience in civil or water infrastructure projects to step into a career-defining role. You’ll be joining a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of water, wastewater, and pump station projects across South East Queensland.

Working closely with project managers and engineers, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, supporting the delivery of key infrastructure upgrades, and contributing to the long-term growth of the business. This role offers exposure to technically challenging projects and the opportunity to develop into a senior estimator position over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and water infrastructure projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and contract requirements to ensure compliance
• Prepare bills of quantities, material take-offs, and subcontractor comparisons
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source competitive pricing
• Assist the project team with handover, budgets, and cost planning

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• 4–7 years’ estimating experience in civil or water infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of treatment plants, pipelines, and pump stations
• Ability to review technical drawings and prepare accurate take-offs
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams

Salary & Benefits

• $160,000 + super
• Permanent, Monday–Friday roster
