Estimator – Commercial Projects

Ascend Recruit is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a busy commercial construction team with a strong pipeline of projects up to $5M. Work in a supportive, amazing culture led by a down-to-earth director, and be part of a company with a great name in the market.
The Role:

• Prepare accurate pricing and submissions for commercial projects.
• Develop and document construction methodologies for tenders.
• Manage the end-to-end tender process.
• Work across a variety of commercial Projects
• Use Excel for estimating and support workflow improvements with new software.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven commercial estimating experience.
• Strong skills in pricing, tender preparation, and methodology development.
• Proficiency in Excel and openness to new technology.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience with projects up to $5M preferred.
