We're looking for someone who can concept, film, and edit killer TikTok content with just their phone and big main-character energy. You’ll direct talent, create on the fly, and make content that stops the scroll and melts faces. If you’ve ever said “I’ll just film it myself” and then actually did it (well), you’re in the right place.

🎯 What You'll Do (aka your creative crimes):
PRE-PRODUCTION & PRODUCTION:

Turn wild ideas into detailed shot lists + scrappy storyboards.

Direct shoots like you’re Scorsese with a ring light.

Collaborate with creators, influencers, weirdos, clients, and chaos.

Film scroll-stopping content with your phone, must feel native, not polished-to-death.

Make lo-fi content that hits harder than high-budget beige.

POST-PRODUCTION:

Edit with CapCut, in-app TikTok tools, or whatever voodoo you use to keep people watching.

Collaborate with our editors (internal + freelance) to elevate your work.

Ensure every piece of content slaps, aligns to social best practice, and doesn’t suck.

INFLUENCER & CREATOR OUTREACH:

Build and manage a database of creators we’d actually work with (no beige influencers).

Help brief talent with energy, direction, and the clarity they deserve.

Own comms with creators, making sure they get the brief and execute with vibe.

CREATIVE IDEATION:

Sit in brainstorms, pitch weird ideas, share inspo, and keep us culturally caffeinated.

Be on top of trends without being a clone.

Suggest, experiment, evolve and repeat.

PERFORMANCE INSIGHTS:

Review content results with the team. Learn what hit. Fix what didn’t.

Help us build smarter based on what the data says (not what the ego wants).
