Our product team is the best in the world at creating software for real estate industry and we pride ourselves on providing a service that meets that standard. This role will be suitable for someone ideally with previous Software Support experience or alternatively, someone who is tech savvy with a passion creating the best experience for our clients!
Therefore, we're looking for a Support Consultant to handle phone, chat & Email support requests from our clients. You will be responsible for walking customers through the process of achieving their goal with our solution, whether the problem relates to a user error, a bug or something else entirely. You will also be responsible for communicating with our design and development team about potential improvements.

Responsibilities:
Responding to client support requests via phone, email or chat.
Provide awesome customer service 100% of the time.
Diagnose issues and provide solutions to customers.
Record events and problems and their resolution in CRM.
Build a rapport with clients and ensure they are empowered.
Raise product improvement requests
Ad-hoc admin duties as required
Raise product improvement requests
Strong Relationship Development and Change Management skills
An analytical approach to problem solving
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism and commitment
Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivated and driven to deliver excellence
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to supporting Property Management firms
Quick to learn new software, technically minded (iPhone, iPad, Windows)
Logical thinker with problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Creative, adaptable and cool under pressure
Real estate/property management experience is an advantage
Must have a reliable car and be able to work from the Mitcham office (occasional travel required)
Qualifications & experience
Previous experience in IT Helpdesk/Customer Support is ideal but not required.
Previous exposure to Business software, Property Management systems are ideal but not required.
Sound technical skills and experience with the Google Suit and HubSpot is ideal
The ability to understand basic software processes and information and relay this to non-technical people in a friendly, personable manner.
A love for tech, IT and AI
Permanent residency is required.
