We're on the lookout for an experienced Leading Hand to join a growing civil construction team delivering a variety of infrastructure projects across Brisbane's north and south sides. If you have a solid background in civil works and know how to lead a crew to get the job done safely and efficiently, this could be the role for you.

About the Role:

You'll be working across a mix of civil projects including:

Road upgrades and intersection works

Pipeline installations

Bulk earthworks and drainage

General infrastructure projects

As the Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for:

Supervising on-site crews and subcontractors

Overseeing day-to-day operations to meet project timelines and standards

Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Reading and working from construction plans

Assisting the Site Supervisor with planning and coordination

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience as a Leading Hand on civil construction projects (roads, utilities, drainage)

Ability to lead and motivate teams on-site

Strong understanding of civil construction methods and standards

Relevant plant/operator tickets, those with a Cert 3 will have a distinct advantage

Ability and willingness to travel between sites on Brisbane's north and south sides

A strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
