Your Responsibilities:

· Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
· Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
· Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
· Manage scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
· Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service flow.
· Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
· Drive sales and implement strategies to grow business.

What We’re Looking For:

· 3+ years of restaurant management experience (Greek/Mediterranean restaurant experience a plus)
· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
· Customer-focused mindset and hands-on management style
· Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and staff scheduling
