Restaurant / Event Supervisor – Full Time

Set amongst the beautiful Plenty Valley Gorge, Farm Vigano is an iconic Italian-inspired restaurant and event venue, renowned for its warm hospitality, authentic cuisine, and unforgettable celebrations. From intimate dinners to large-scale weddings and events, our team prides itself on creating memorable guest experiences.

We're now seeking a dynamic Supervisor to join our team. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same, overseeing general dining in the restaurant while managing multiple events at once.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy restaurant or event venue

Strong leadership and communication skills

Highly organised with the ability to multi-task

Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills

Enthusiasm and genuine passion for hospitality and customer service

Your role will include:

Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing shifts

Managing table allocations and optimising capacity before each shift

Leading, motivating, and supporting the floor team

Assist in coordinating staffing needs for both restaurant and event operations

Liaising with the Restaurant Owner and Events team to ensure smooth delivery of functions

Ensuring exceptional customer service across all areas of the venue

Details:

Full-time position

Weekend work required

Availability for both day and evening shifts required

Reporting directly to the Director/ Owner

Australian work rights required for this position
