Join and Build Our Second Real Estate Office in Wantirna South!
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and hardworking individual with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for working with people to join our Real Estate office in Wantirna South.
Complete training will be provided to set you up for success in this role!
The ideal candidate will have:
Excellent time management skills

High attention to detail
A friendly, “can-do” attitude
Reliability and a strong work ethic

Your responsibilities will include:
Editing and printing marketing materials, data entry, including weekly letters, property brochures, just-listed flyers, and agent marketing resources
Providing outstanding customer service — both over the phone and face-to-face — while supporting our sales team
Coordinating advertising and managing active sales campaigns efficiently and effectively
Managing the office’s business-related social media accounts
Performing general reception duties
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
