The Opportunity:
- Full-Time | Ongoing contract of employment.
- PW3 $60,416 - $65,237 per annum pro rata + 12% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience).
- Moorabbin Campus – onsite parking with close proximity to public transport.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Practical Placement & Partnership Placement Administrative Support to join our team.
As the first point of contact within the department, you’ll provide professional administrative and receptionist support to the Clinical Placement Manager. You will manage critical clinical administrative portfolios, deliver friendly and accurate front-line assistance to students and clients, and promote the department’s programs and services both internally and externally. This role also plays an important part in fostering and maintaining industry relationships, ensuring efficient communication and administrative coordination to strengthen partnerships and enhance placement opportunities across the health and community services sector.
As a Practical Placement & Partnership Placement Administrative Support, you will:
- Support clinical administrative portfolios and provide administrative assistance to the Coordinator and Heads of Departments.
- Handle first-line general enquiries, providing accurate information and referring appropriately to ensure excellent stakeholder service.
- Assist in ensuring Practical Placement Agreements with students and health care facilities are in place and support compliance with Clinical Placement Agreement conditions.
- Provide administrative support to foster and maintain relationships and partnerships with health care providers, contributing to efficient coordination of placements.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Proven administrative and organisational expertise, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and maintain accuracy in a busy, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office, databases, student management systems, and contemporary office technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone to suit different audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse information, evaluate options, and recommend effective actions.
- Collaborative, flexible, and accountable approach, building trust with colleagues and stakeholders while contributing positively to team and organisational goals.
- WWCC and Police Check: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check, and a valid Police Check within the last 12 months.
