Experienced Mechanical Fitters needed for a Greater Sydney manufacturing site. Ongoing maintenance roles available with temp-to-perm and permanent positions.

YOUR ROLE

• Read technical drawings and schematics
• Diagnose and repair mechanical systems
• Complete quality inspections
• Maintain mechanical assets under time constraints

UNIQUE ROSTER - NO WEEKEND WORK!

3-Week Rotating Pattern with ZERO Weekend Shifts:

SHIFT TIMES:

• Day Shift: 6:30am - 7:00pm (includes paid toolbox meeting)
• Night Shift: 6:30pm - 7:00am (includes paid toolbox meeting)

REQUIREMENTS

• Mechanical Fitting trade qualification
• Blueprint reading skills
• Safety-first mindset
• Comfortable with day/night shifts
• Physically fit for 12.5-hour shifts

• Welding certifications
• Manufacturing/heavy industry experience
