As a Maintenance Fitter, you'll be the go-to person for keeping the site's critical machinery running. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown work. You'll need a keen eye for detail and a knack for troubleshooting to ensure production targets are met with minimal downtime, this is a varied role with a range of different machines and production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing machinery.
  
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, and some basic electrical faults.
  
• Working to strict health and safety standards.
  
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure a seamless operation.
  

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Maintenance Fitter with a relevant Australian trade certificate.
  
• Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing environment
  
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  
• A reliable and self-motivated individual who works well both independently and as part of a team.
