We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Fitter to join us at the MRF (Material Recovery Facility) plant, where you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team of people.

The shift will be working on the day shift, with additional OT as required.

About the role:

Preventative Maintenance of plant machinery

Assist in the day-to-day efficient running of Plant Equipment.

Diagnostics and fault finding.

Adhere to OHS guidelines at all times

Identify potential problems or efficiency improvements to a process.

Communicate and report to internal management

About you:

Previous experience in preventative maintenance, ideally within a plant environment such as Waste Management/Recycling, FMCG, food production, or manufacturing.

Certificate III in Engineering or a mechanical trade/fabrication qualification.

Working at Heights ticket (highly preferred).

Welding experience – MIG or TIG (preferred).

Current Forklift Licence (LF) – required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Demonstrated commitment to safe and quality work practices.
