Position: Contract Administrator
Mode of Employment: Full-time (38 hours/week)
Location of Work: St. Marys NSW 2760
Salary: $76,600/year
We are looking for 1 Contract Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will be doing the following tasks:
Maintain filing systems and relevant documents, and manage paperwork involved with contracts, agreements, projects, and services provided.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries regarding contracts and services.
Process invoices to customers and payments to suppliers, and manage accounts receivable.
Liaise with and negotiate terms with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
Prepare and review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy, legality, and adherence of company policies and regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively, including resolving disputes and addressing issues with relevant personnel.
Ensure that all documentation and correspondence registers are maintained with the most current information.
Monitor budgets and expenditures, and resolve billing discrepancies with customers and vendors.
Other Requirements:
Proficient in English
Full work rights (PR/Australian Citizen preferred)
Qualifications: At least a Diploma in Business
Experience: at least 1 year working as a Contract Administrator
