We are a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and South Australia. We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury.

We have a vacancy for a Depot Operations Officer to join our team at our Benalla Depot.

The Depot Operations Officer will report directly to the Depot Manager and Depot 2IC and will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the depot including some forklift and truck duties.

As a support role within the depot key duties include, but are not limited to: assisting with rosters, delivery scheduling, attending to general enquiries, daily depot processing, general administration tasks, fleet and compliance record management and providing customer service to the public.

• Rigid truck licence
• Forklift Licence
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Mathematical aptitude
• Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise and problem solve
• Good computer skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Good understanding of the local district
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Willing to undertake any required training to excel in this role
