We are a multi-award winner of Mitsubishi Electric SE Qld Diamond Dealer of the Year and are a Daikin Super Dealer. We specialise in the installation and replacement of Mitsubishi Electric & Daikin Air-Conditioners, performing planned preventative maintenance, diagnosis of breakdowns & carry out repairs to these brands amongst many other brands.

About the Role

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all business operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving performance, quality, and profitability.

You'll be responsible for managing the Projects and Service teams, improving operational processes and ensuring compliance — all while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across service, projects, and administrative departments

Coordinate labour, equipment, and materials to ensure project and service delivery

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals

Monitor and enhance quality control processes across all service lines

Lead, train, and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Ensure all operations comply with relevant health, safety, and legal regulations

Identify areas for operational improvement and implement process enhancements

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in an operations, project, or general management role, ideally within the HVAC or construction/trades industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Demonstrated experience in process improvement and operational efficiency

Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure

Knowledge of WHS legislation and industry regulations

Experience with simPRO suite advantageous but not essential
