We are partnering with a leading insurance group undertaking one of the largest finance transformation programs in the market. This multi-year initiative is reshaping the organisation’s finance, reporting, and controls landscape, underpinned by new systems and process design.

We are seeking a Finance Process & UAT specialist to play a critical role in supporting finance workstreams across process re-design, testing and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance SMEs and project teams to map and document end-to-end finance processes.
• Conduct process analysis to identify impacts, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support User System Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, execution, issue tracking and resolution.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and embedded into design and testing outcomes.
• Provide high-quality reporting and updates to Finance Transformation leadership.
• Contribute to business readiness and change activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

Skills & Experience

• CPA/CA qualified or equivalent finance background.
• Strong experience in finance process design and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within large system or ERP transformations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to liaise across Finance, IT and project teams.
• Prior experience in large-scale transformation within insurance or financial services highly regarded.
