About the Role

As a New Home Broker, you’ll:

Match clients with the right builder and home design from our panel of Queensland’s top builders

Package land and house options that deliver unbeatable value

Manage and convert leads to achieve monthly sales targets

Build long-term referral networks and client relationships

You’ll be supported by proven marketing campaigns, digital siting tools, and a dedicated back-end team — freeing you up to do what you do best: sell.

About You

You’re a high-performing sales professional with:

Proven experience in new home sales (highly preferred)

A drive to maximise your income and performance

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

The ability to work independently while contributing to a team

A current Real Estate Sales Certificate (or willingness to obtain — we’ll cover the cost for the right person)
