Our client is seeking a motivated Asset Broker Support professional to join their team. Working directly with one of their experienced finance brokers, you’ll play a crucial role in managing applications, coordinating settlements, and providing high-quality support throughout the client journey. What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with loan applications and preparing supporting documentation
• Coordinating settlements, ensuring all requirements are completed on time
• Managing client files and maintaining accurate, compliant records
• Handling high volumes of client and lender phone calls — delivering excellent service and communication every time
• Liaising with stakeholders to keep deals moving smoothly
• Providing general administrative and operational support to the broker

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in finance, lending, or administration (preferred but not essential)
• Strong phone communication skills — confident, professional, and client-focused
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine interest in finance
