Horizon Finance Group (HFG) is a fast-growing asset finance brokerage based on St Kilda Road, Melbourne. We partner with leading franchise car dealerships across Victoria to deliver finance solutions that go above and beyond for clients.

With strong growth plans and dealership partnerships expanding, we’re now looking for additional Finance Brokers / Business Managers to join our team.

The Role

You’ll be working closely with dealership sales teams, helping customers secure tailored finance solutions for vehicles and other assets.

Work across multiple dealership sites in Victoria

Provide finance options from a broad panel of lenders (not just the Big 4)

Deliver exceptional customer service, approvals, and settlements

Build strong relationships with clients and dealership staff

About You

We’re looking for ambitious, client-focused people who want to grow with us. Ideally you have:

Experience in automotive finance, lending, or car sales

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced dealership environments

Self-motivation and drive to exceed targets

Current driver’s licence

(Full training provided – experienced car salespeople with finance interest are encouraged to apply!)
