The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Graphic Design and Digital Coordinator to join our growing marketing team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). In this role you will support the Marketing Manager and contribute to developing impactful graphic design and digital content to support the Novis brand.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design assets across all touch points including digital, print, social media, email, web, POS, signage, events and packaging

• Contribute to and uphold brand guidelines ensuring visual consistency

• Write and schedule content for social media to build our profile and support campaigns

• Assist with website content management

• Draft briefs and co-ordinate video and photo shoots

• Support with other marketing initiatives as needed e.g. events, EDM distribution, webinar co-ordination

About You:

• Tertiary qualifications in graphic design or marketing (or a related field)

• 2+ years graphic design experience including high level Adobe Creative Suite skills

• Proven ability to design brochures, social media posts and signage

• Strong writing skills with experience creating content for web and social platforms

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• A proactive, adaptable attitude and a willingness to take ownership of tasks

• Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing creative ideas
