Greenwich College (GWC) is seeking a talented Junior to Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. At Greenwich, we attract thousands of international students each year, and your creative work will play a crucial role in inspiring future students to pursue quality education and career advancement with us.

As our Graphic & Digital Designer, you will bring our digital and print design to life. You will be the creator-in-chief for our branding and our design style guide. Our internal and especially external collateral will also rest in your hands - including brochures, textbooks, websites, posters, infographics, images, presentations – it’s a big but rewarding and exciting responsibility.

You will also be responsible for driving the end-to-end creation and delivery of our design content in order to capture the culture and identity of Greenwich College. Projects will have a strong element of student centricity and aim to captivate and engage our students and industry partners with our marketing materials.

You will represent Greenwich through these channels to bring best practices and innovation to the company.

How you will spend your days

Leading creative projects across GWC that support our global marketing, communications and student experience strategies.

Serving as our brand guardian, ensuring all creative aligns with our brand guidelines.

Creating marketing collateral, such as social media tiles, flyers and banners, and print artwork.

Producing and managing the production of visual content such as videos, photos and infographics that share the stories of each college unit.

Supporting all Greenwich teams with the development of content, infographics and promotional materials.

Liaising with external print and material producers as necessary to ensure collateral production meets required specifications.

Support with template design and imagery for both our Greenwich College and Greenwich Higher Education websites to ensure brand consistency.

Maintaining and documenting all creative assets, files and archives.

Creating exceptional presentations on Google & Powerpoint Slides.

Supported sales, academics, and student services teams with a range of requests.

Support in designing social media banners that catch the eyes of students and agents.

Your Technical Skills and Experience

Experience in the industry is a plus.

Have relevant qualifications and experience in Graphic Design, Digital Design and/or Marketing with a demonstrated knowledge of preparing artwork for digital platforms and an understanding of typography and typographic layouts.

Be highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (In-design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) after effect skills are a bonus.

Show attention to detail with a strong eye for aesthetic composition.

Demonstrated ability to follow briefs addressing key objectives and handle multiple deadlines in a task-orientated environment with tight headlines.

Be an organised self-starter with strong collaboration and project management skills.

High level in both spoken and written English with demonstrated proofreading skills.

A positive, proactive and friendly team player attitude with the ability to take feedback constructively.
