Reporting to the QA/QC Manager, you will be a key member of small Quality team. The primary objective of this role is responsible to ensure all food safety and quality activities are completed, while also working closely with production, maintenance and other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. You will be joining a team with a supportive and well established culture focused team work and the delivery of results.

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

Maintain the ABH Quality Management System and external certifications (HACCP, etc)

Develop and implement the QA Management System schedule (e.g. Internal Audits, Calibration, Mock recalls, Pest control, HACCP review meetings, Food safety Culture etc.)

Maintain and continuously improve the approved supplier programme.

Root Cause Analysis for food quality incidents or processes variations.

Customer query and complaints management

Training: Provide ongoing coaching and development to Operations

KPI reporting on a weekly /monthly basis

To Succeed With Us You'll Need:

To be available to work rotating shifts (Day & Afternoon)

Tertiary Qualifications in food science, microbiology or a related discipline

Minimum 1-2 years of Quality Assurance experience in FMCG environment

HACCP Certification

Trained Auditor desirable

Understanding of HACCP, Food Standards

Knowledge of current food legislation, regulatory requirements, microbiology.

Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills

Internal Auditing experience
