To support our growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant who will play a key role in building our technology teams.

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology positions. This includes understanding hiring needs, sourcing talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The role requires someone with prior experience in hiring for technical positions and strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for roles such as Developers, Solution Architects, Cloud Engineers, QA Engineers, Data Engineers, and AI/ML Specialists.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – job postings, screening, interviewing, feedback management, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment networks.

Work with external recruitment agencies where required.

Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize hiring efficiency.

Represent the company brand positively to potential candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the tech market.

Requirements

Proven experience (5–8 years) as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on technology hiring.

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills (e.g., React, Node.js, .NET, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering).

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver within timelines.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards).

Experience hiring both permanent and contract/consulting roles is an advantage.
