This is a fast-paced, entry-level role where you’ll start as a trainee Resourcer, working closely with a senior recruiter to source, screen, and engage candidates for roles across Australia.

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume phone calls to source candidates
• Screen applicants and create shortlists for recruiters
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM
• Use AI tools to streamline candidate search and engagement
• Support a senior recruiter to fill vacancies quickly
• Build networks and identify “unicorn” candidates

Salary & Progression

• First 3 months: Award rate – $52,000 + super (trainee wage)
• After 3 months: Increased to $55,000 + super (Junior resourcer)
• After 9 months: Progression to $62,000 + super
• Beyond: Clear pathway into roles with higher earnings potential
