About Us
Oxford Bathrooms is Sydney’s leading bathroom renovation company is expanding and looking for an experienced, organized, and motivated Project Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day running of bathroom renovation projects.

This role is ideal for someone with a trade background or experience in construction who wants to step into a coordination role.

About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of multiple bathroom projects by coordinating trades, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring clients are kept up to date throughout the process.

Duties

Assist with managing day-to-day operations of bathroom renovations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Communicate schedules to subcontractors and clients.

Update work calendars and trade schedules for ongoing projects.

Monitor progress on site and report updates to head office.

Support in reviewing design plans and ensuring project requirements are met.

Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

Assist in resolving on-site issues with trades as required.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in project coordination, site supervision, or a related role.

Australian work rights are required.

Trade background in home improvement, bathrooms, or kitchens highly regarded.

Background in construction or trades (plumbing, carpentry, tiling, etc.) desirable.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.

Knowledge of construction processes and building codes is preferred.

Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Full driver’s licence required for site visits.

Must be able to provide 2 references.
