Job Description

Answer incoming phone calls and close hot leads

Attend and manage email inbox

Allocate bookings and jobs for technicians

Handle customer enquiries and requests

Aftercare service including post-care calls and reports

Administrative duties

Job Requirements

Minimum of one year experience on the phones

Professional and adaptive phone manner

Demonstrate a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude

Strong computer literacy with advanced google suite skills and ability to learn new systems

Customer conflict resolution

Ability to multitask with attention to detail
