What you’ll be doing:

Managing a high volume of customer enquiries with professionalism and care

Processing orders accurately and efficiently

Keeping customers informed about products, promotions, and special offers

Directing enquiries to the right team members and following through to resolution

Maintaining accurate records and databases

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner

Strong attention to detail with fast, accurate data entry skills

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Previous experience in customer service (food industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential)
