About the Role

You’ll be the operational heartbeat of our cleaning division, coordinating daily activities, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards in service delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate cleaning services across multiple commercial and residential sites
• Lead, train, and support a diverse cleaning team and subcontractors
• Conduct routine site inspections and enforce WHS compliance
• Manage rostering, timesheets, and consumables/equipment logistics
• Liaise with clients to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
• Assist with staff onboarding and ensure smooth workflow across regions
• Travel as required throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage operations, people, and priorities simultaneously
• Confidence in using digital tools for scheduling and reporting
• Understanding of service delivery standards, customer satisfaction, and WHS compliance
• Able to quickly learn and apply best practices across teams and tasks

Ideal Candidate Will Have
• A background in business, leadership, or operations (qualifications desirable)
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory or service role
• Experience in the cleaning industry (commercial/residential)
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Full Australian working rights
