As the Service Manager for Pacific Gympie you are part of the Pacific Gympie Dealership Group with 3 dealership locations between Gympie and the Sunshine Coast and you will have access to all of our brands such as GWM, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Honda, Renault and JAC. The Pacific Gympie dealership group is family-owned and has been operating for over 20 years in the Gympie and Sunshine Coast region and provides jobs to over 90 people locally. You will be joining a friendly, and positive team who are passionate about all things automotive, achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and achieving high results.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Manager to lead and oversee service operations across our busy multi-franchise dealership group. This is a senior leadership role, best suited to someone with proven dealership management experience who can deliver strong financial performance, team leadership, and an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role:

As the Service Manager, you will have full accountability for the performance and success of the Service Department. Working closely with group management, you will be responsible for driving profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across multiple franchises. This role requires a commercially focused leader with strong operational skills and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee service operations across multiple dealership franchises
• Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of advisors, technicians, and apprentices
• Ensure compliance with all manufacturer, warranty, and audit requirements
• Drive profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction to meet group targets
• Manage workshop resources, workflow, and capacity planning
• Report directly to senior management, contributing to strategic direction and performance outcomes

About You:

• Must have proven experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership environment (multi-franchise experience highly regarded)
• Strong senior leadership and people management skills
• Commercially astute, tight Repair Order management process, Warranty and Workshop experience.
• Exceptional communication and customer service focus
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

• On Target Earnings (OTE) > $150 - 200K (based on experience)
