About the Roles
Mandala Hospitality values people first. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including guest satisfaction, hotel rooms, food and beverage service, staff management, and compliance. The skills and talents you bring will play a critical leadership role in maintaining high standards and maximising performance.
What Your Days Might Look Like
Lead daily hotel operations across accommodation, food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, and maintenance services
Ensure excellence in guest service and overall customer satisfaction
Manage, lead, train, and motivate on-site teams
Oversee food & beverage service and compliance with licensing requirements
Manage stock, ordering, rostering, budgeting, and reporting (P&L)
Maintain compliance with WHS, licensing, and hospitality regulations
Ensure the property is well-presented, safe, and operating efficiently
About You
Proven experience in hotel or venue management, with a strong food and beverage background
Hands-on leadership style
Sound knowledge of hotel management systems and basic accounting
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to work autonomously and problem-solve effectively
Current RSA and relevant hospitality certifications
Strong understanding of compliance and operational procedures
Willingness to live in regional locations across Australia
