Key Responsibilities Include:
As the Hotel General Manager, you will be the head of our operations, ensuring the seamless and efficient running of all departments. Reporting to the CEO and working along side other Senior Managers in the organisation, your brief will be to develop and implement innovative operational efficiency's and the delivery of top customer service and return patronage.

This role will be pivotal in upholding the business operational directives, service standards, fostering a guest-centric culture that consistently delivers exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

Ideal Qualities we seek include:

• Multiple years experience in the operations of a boutique, guest service focused environment
• Solid financial acumen and reporting with a focus on provability and keeping costs in line with revenue
• Have an effective leadership style that is both respectful and service focused
• Are able to develop initiatives in building a solid guest base, exceptional service structure and repeat visitation
• Have worked with marketing teams and developed initiatives to drive new business
• Knowledge of the Blue Mountains area would be ideal, but not a must
• Above all, you are a Hospitality leader, love the industry and making every guest experience special
