The Opportunity
- Title: Customer Experience Representative
- Location: Villawood (on-site parking)
- Start: ASAP
- Type: Temp to perm
- Salary: $36.11p/hr +Super while temp | $60-65k + Super perm
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 4 days in-office / 1 day WFH
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound enquiries, coordinating service bookings, and supporting internal teams with administrative tasks. With the majority of communication done via email, attention to detail is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer enquiries related to service bookings
- Managing interstate logistics and liaising with contractors
- Processing a high volume of emails (most of communication)
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in Salesforce and internal systems
- Supporting teams across Sales, Operations and Finance to deliver an exceptional customer experience
About You

- Experience with Salesforce (or similar systems) is a bonus but not essential
