Overview: We are seeking a full-time Content Creator to join our HQ office in Surry Hills. The role is responsible for bringing the Oakberry brand to life through compelling visual design across digital and print media. Working closely with the marketing and social media teams, this role supports the development of engaging content, maintains brand consistency, and ensures high-quality design outputs across all business units. This role plays a key part in campaign execution, content creation, and supporting internal and franchisee communication efforts.
Reporting Structure: The Content Creator role reports to the CMO.
Team Management: Not applicable.
Responsibilities:
Create digital and print assets for marketing campaigns, social media, website, packaging, in-store signage, events, and promotions.
Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, aligned with Oakberry’s global brand guidelines.
Develop visually appealing and brand-aligned materials for both internal and external communications.
Edit high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms, campaigns, and in-store screens.
Create engaging short-form videos, including Reels, Stories, TikToks, and similar formats.
Collaborate with the social media team to develop content calendars and creative storytelling strategies.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and external partners to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Develop presentations, pitch decks, and internal communication materials as required.
Maintain and manage digital asset libraries and creative templates for use across internal teams and franchisees.
Provide support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives within the Marketing team.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate,
2+ years of experience in a content creation, marketing, or digital media role, ideally within the retail, food & beverage, or lifestyle industry.
Tertiary qualification in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Advanced skills in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign); experience with video editing tools is a bonus.
Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing strategy, and social media best practices.
Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple content projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
